(HealthDay News) -- Allergic skin conditions may include eczema and hives. But how do you know if you have one?
The American Academy of Allergy Asthma & Immunology offers these typical symptoms of a skin allergy:
- An unusual rash.
- Skin that appears red, scaly or itchy.
- Swelling of the eyelids, genitals or mouth.
- Skin that appears dry and flaky.
- Skin that blisters or looks inflamed.
